Introduction and Consent
By proceeding with a reservation at McCoy's, a trading name of Sugar Dock Ltd, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions and giving your consent for the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Group Booking and Deposits
We’re delighted to reserve tables for guests looking to enjoy our delicious food menu. For those who fancy just a drink, feel free to drop in and find a spot at your leisure—no reservation needed.

If you’re running a little behind for your reservation, we’ll hold your table for an additional 10 minutes. Just give us a call if you’re running late, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For parties of five or more, we kindly request a £5 non-refundable deposit per person to secure your booking. Deposits are securely processed through our website.
Cancellations or Changes to Your Reservation:

More than 24 hours’ notice:

If you cancel your booking entirely, your deposit will be returned as a voucher or can be applied to a future reservation.

If you reduce the size of your party, the excess deposit will be deducted from your total bill at your visit.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:

If you cancel or reduce the size of your booking and we are unable to fill the table, the deposit for the affected places will be forfeited.
