McCoy's (Sugar Dock Ltd) Reservation Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Consent

By proceeding with a reservation at McCoy's, a trading name of Sugar Dock Ltd, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions and giving your consent for the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Group Booking and Deposits

For reservations consisting of seven or more people, a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person will be required to secure your booking. A member of the McCoy's staff will ring you to collect this deposit and confirm your reservation.

If you cancel the entire booking more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be returned to you in the form of a voucher or can be applied to a future reservation. Should you need to reduce the size of your party, the excess deposit will be deducted from your total bill.

If you cancel or reduce your booking less than 24 hours before your reservation and we are unable to fill the table, the deposit will be forfeited.

By making this reservation, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
